For new and recent graduates who are ready to actually do this.
You've studied for years. You know your stuff. But sitting in front of a real client, on your own, without a supervisor — that's a different thing entirely.
The Graduate Program gives you a substantial library of recorded clinical and business education to work through at your own pace, plus a dedicated space each month to bring your questions to Geraldine directly.
No fixed end date. Stay as long as you need.
Work through topics in your own time: paediatrics, women's health, gut health, cardiovascular, men's health, skin, respiratory, thyroid, anxiety, SIBO, pathology, and more. Guest lecturers include specialists across naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine.
The first Monday of every month, there's a dedicated time at the start of the Monday Clinical Group session just for Graduate Program members. Bring questions from your studies, your cases, or anything you're unsure about.
Client intake forms, food and lifestyle diaries, T&Cs, consent forms, practical templates you can adapt for your own clinic from day one.
You finished college (or you're about to) and the gap between what you learned and what practice actually demands feels bigger than you expected. Or maybe you're returning to work and want to upskill and gain much need motivation and support.
You want to keep learning, build clinical confidence, and have someone you can ask when you're stuck, without having to book a full 1:1 session every time.
Topics covered include:
Paediatrics · Women's health (PCOS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, BV) · Gut health and weed & seed protocols · Cardiovascular · Skin and eczema · Respiratory · Anxiety · Men's health · Kidney and liver health · Thyroid · Chronic fatigue · Pathology · SIBO · HTMA · Probiotics · Buteyko breathing · Hypnotherapy for weight management
Plus consultation structure, appointment flow, protocol creation, client retention, and setting up your business systems.
Really enjoying the graduate program. There is great content with the opportunity to present your own cases so even more clinically relevant to each graduate. Geraldine has made herself so available for teaching us and her knowledge is excellent. It has definitely helped increase my confidence in myself as a practitioner.
PS. the Grad program was so great and I’m glad we continued onto to the Monday Clinical Group. There is just soooooo much that college and uni did not cover!
I’m very grateful to have been part of Geraldine's graduate mentoring group. I was hesitant joining, as I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, and was unsure on investing even more time & $$ into learning after spending so many years on my degree, but it’s been the best decision to join! Geraldine has a gift in making it seem no question is a silly one, and explaining things in a logical manner. The content of the course is extremely practical and applicable to real-life consultations. I feel like its consolidating everything from my Naturopathy degree. It's giving me confidence in opening up my new clinic & feel a lot more ready to tackle whatever comes in (knowing I have that support in the background too). Looking forward to continuing learning with you over the coming months, Geraldine. Thank you!!
Geraldine Headley runs a fantastic program for new (and 'old') graduates (The Graduate Program).
I qualified in way back in 2017, but although my student buddies and my lecturers/clinic supervisors were so supportive of me being "let loose" on private clients ("you'll be amazing" yada yada) - for several reasons, I just didn't have the confidence to put myself out there fully. After about a year of fluffing around I worked out I needed to find a mentor. Well, I took a leap and did G's Graduate Program in 2018, and I'm really glad I did. Geraldine's training boosted my confidence in my abilities, filled what I felt were gaps in my training, and helped me find where my strengths lie. It was also great to connect with other graduates going thru a similar process.
Even now, 2 years later, G is one of my bestest supporters and I consider her a friend too. She helped me find my 'worth' - and to recognise I was deserving of success in business, which has also flowed into my personal life. I'm super-grateful that I had G to help me find my feet.
I am a new mum who submitted my final assignment a few weeks before I had my first bub. So this graduate program has been a great way to keep my "head in the game". I am halfway through the program and bubs is 7 months old next week....and although he takes up 90% of my time I am using that spare 10% to work on setting up my business, slowly but surely, which is 100% motivated by being in this group! Geraldine has a great mentoring skill and a wealth of knowledge to share with new praccies. I am so glad I joined in this program, thanks Geraldine!
Join and get immediate access to the recording library. Work through whatever is most relevant to where you are right now — there's no set order and no homework. Each month, bring your questions to the dedicated Graduate Q&A at the start of the first Monday session. Stay on for as long as it's useful to you.
Do I have to attend the Monday sessions live?
The Q&A slot runs at the start of the first Monday Clinical Group session each month. If you can't make it, submit your question in advance and Geraldine will cover it. Stay on and listen to clinicians discuss their clients, or their business questions whilst you eat your lunch. This will turn into the best part of your month!
No. It's month-to-month, stay as long as you need, it's a subscription, so once you leave you lose access to the content library
Yes, absolutely. Many graduates find they want to stay involved in the ongoing clinical discussions and simply continue as Monday Clinical Group members, you'll then get access to Strategy Lab content and the messenger group, but you'll lose access to the recordings... one thing at a time, make life count!
For as long as you're a member. Content is reviewed periodically and anything outdated may be removed, but you'll always be notified in advance. Ps. I will be retiring in 2028, I'm yet to decide if recordings will be available after then.
It can be very difficult to decide if something is right for you! Perhaps something else is better... more specific... what if... what if...
Why not book a focus call and decided after speaking to me if you have queries?
You're not expected to do all of this. You choose what you want to watch and when, then if you have questions we discuss them, no homework!
If we haven’t met yet let me take a minute to introduce myself. I’m Geraldine and I have spent the past 30+ years healthcare - first as a specialist nurse, now as a business owner - naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, hypnotherapist, coach & mentor for 15 years now!
Let me help you over those shark infested waters of new and part-time practice, and help you gain the freedom and understanding you need to support your client base & connect with your inner clinician.
