FAQs

What if I decide this course isn't for me?

You'll have 7 days to receive a full refund - just email and Geraldine will refund your money minus Stripe credit card fees. After the 7 days then your money will be refunded on a pro-rate scale worked out over a 3 month period, after 3 month no refunds are available. This is 6 months of support, paid over a 3 month period.

How long will I have access to the webinar content?

I guarantee 2 years, after that time things do go out of date and new research becomes available, so some webinars may be removed as they become outdated, but there's no limit to what I can store on Podia, so as long as it's in date and under 2 years old, it's yours!
Don't worry tho, I'll let you know if things are going to be removed from the course, they will never just disappear. 

What's included?

All the webinars and education you can see above, you'll get 20 CPE points from ATMS and equivalent from other associations. 
You'll meet with Geraldine on a 1:1 basis 4 times in the 6 months and you'll be invited to events and education sessions that she holds if they interest you during the 6 months of mentoring for reduced cost. 

What if I need more or want to join a group session?

Just ask! If there's space in a group before your first 4 months are up then you can join in.
In the last 2 months of your time in the Graduate Program you'll be part of a Next Level group as a regular attender as part of this program to support your clinical skills and practice.
